After carefully hand-picking the grapes, which come from younger vines, they are processed for a very short maceration, gently and at low temperatures, which ensures a focal color and delicate fruity aromas. The focus was on the extraction of the flavors with a great deal of sensitivity. Thanks to its freshness, fruit, and elegance, it was seduced right away. Very trendy!
