Deep ruby red color has a bewitching scent of violets, fully ripe sour cherries, plums, and nuances of delicate spices and dried fruits. This “Ripasso” seduces with its unique elegance and harmony. The finesse-rich, soft but still profound body paired with a lot of fruit and cream leaves a multi-layered and lasting sensation. The tannins are velvety and perfectly integrated. The wine ends in a long, fruity-spicy final full of finesse. A great “Ripasso” with class and race, thatcould easily compete with many “Amarone”!

Ideal for classic Italian cuisines such as antipasti, pasta, pizza, and risotto, but also with spicy Thai or Mexican cuisine and mature cheese
