Its color shows a rich, deep garnet red with a purple sheen. Its bouquet is intense, ethereal, and very complex. The fruity-spicy nose opens only slowly, but its aroma spectrum clearly shows where the journey is going. The first sensation is impressive. In the beginning, the wine is still youthfully fresh, finely balanced, and only at the beginning of its hopeful development. You can feel the fire that it carries within itself. The palate is flooded with a complex, aromatic fullness with notes of pickled plums, Amarena cherries, blueberries, and all kinds of wild berries. Most delicate roasted notes, mineral nuances, rum stew, and spices and toffee. The wine has a monolithic body with an excellent structure, a firm fruit core, present but skilfully interwoven tannins, an impressive length, and an aftertaste with really delicious accents reminiscent of fresh herbs and the finest spices. A monument of a wine!
