SOLOSOLE Vermentino 2019 | Poggio al Tesoro

Medium yellow, golden nuances.  Dried apricots, citric notes, and some sage on the very appealing nose, also some floral accents.  On the palate, a subtle exotic aroma, reminiscent of white peach and pineapple, balanced and splendid elegance;  aromatically sustainable with a fresh finale.

It is a perfect pair to white meat and fish and shellfish.  Enjoy it with focaccia, cheese pastries, antipasti, spaghetti, and gnocchi with sage butter.
