The production of SINGULAR is limited to a few thousand bottles. The grapes from a privileged location at the foot of the Collbaix mountain, hand-picked with the greatest care, are uncompromisingly selected and processed as gently as possible and only with the help of manual technology. No machines are used in any of the processes. A truly great wine!
