It shines in the glass in a brilliant, light straw yellow with a greenish shimmer.  A wonderfully fragrant, promising aroma of fresh pears, exotic fruits, and floral nuances rises in the nose, enveloped in a note of freshness.  The prelude charms with a subtle note of exotic fruits, complemented by nuances of ripe gooseberries and apricots, which are underlaid with juicy citrus notes.  The first impression is gorgeous, wonderfully fresh, and aromatic.  The fruity notes of peach and mango combine with an apparent, elegant freshness and hints of the finest herbs on the palate.  Its core is delicate but pleasing to the palate.  The texture is filigree but has enough volume without being intrusive and ends with a tasty, stimulating, fruity finish—a fantastic cuvée with irresistible charm.  Here you can confidently access it blind! 

It is a perfect aperitive wine, and ideal with fish, soups, Vongole, Vitello Tonnato, poultry, soups, vegetables, and fresh cheeses.
