Its color shows a bright, intense cherry red with violet reflections.  Its fruity-spicy, fresh scent reveals ripe, red-black fruits and slightly smoky wood and toasted notes.  A fruity prelude of good intensity precedes an impressive play of aromas.  Strong notes of plums, cherries, and raspberries accompanied by subtle roasted aromas determine the first taste impression.  The whole thing underlines the nuances of herbs and pleasant, fresh fruit acid. Its presence is well structured, balanced, and of reasonable complexity to the palate. The finish is robust, soft, and elegant.  The aftertaste is full of spicy fruit notes that make you want more—a fantastic cuvée with irresistible charm.  Here you can access it blindly! 

It is an ideal companion for everyday cuisine, meat dishes, and spicy dishes.  Grilled foods and aged cheeses are a perfect combination.
