Its origin is the sustained high demand for "Ripasso" wines. Leonardo Pizzolo has achieved great success with this BIO project. The technique of "Appassimento" [drying] is ancient, reduces the weight by approx. 30% and leads to a natural concentration. The remarkable thing is that only organically grown grapes are processed. These ripen in the middle of the Abruzzo National Park!
