Bright, beautiful ruby ​​red with slightly violet reflections and a light edge.  The scent is fresh, elegant, and extremely pleasant, with notes of violets, strawberries, raspberries, and a hint of blackberry fruit.  Warm, harmonious, melting prelude.  Balanced interplay of acid and tannins.  This Barbera reveals all the characteristics typical of the Agliano cultivation area: lively fruit, juicy freshness, and mineral tones.  Long-lasting notes in the finish, especially red fruits, specific to the grape variety.

Ideal with Piedmont sausage products, risotto, pasta with meat sauces, roasts, and mature cheeses.
