SAN ROCCO Ripasso 2017 | Tedeschi

Only first-class grapes from a privileged location in the moraine hills of Valpolicella were processed to meet the very high-quality expectations.  The traditional Ripasso process was used, i.e., second fermentation on the Amarone mash and aging for six months in large Slavonian oak barrels.  A great seducer, thanks to its fruity aroma and elegance!
