This cru is definitely the flagship of the winery. From a vineyard of only 1 hectare, which historically belonged to the "San Francesco" monastery near Capestrano and has always produced an incredible wine of immense finesse and unmistakable aromatic complexity. Today it is one of Italy's great white wines. Deliberately unfiltered and, unfortunately, extremely limited!
