 The inky pigment shows an extremely dark garnet red, almost black. Wide-ranging bouquet, fresh aromas of fully ripe, black balsa fruits mixed mineral notes. Paired with a fresh, abundant, and multi-layered palate, perfectly integrated tannins, elegant and balsamic, lots of extract sweetness combined with seductive aromas reminiscent of coffee, toffee, and delicate spices. Noble, velvety, and rich in finesse right down to the almost overwhelming, spicy, and mineral finish. Very long, intense reverberation with a subtle, animating nerve of freshness.  An impressive masterpiece!

Truly an ideal companion for all kinds of meat dishes and spicy dishes.  Game, lamb, barbecue, gigot and roast are a perfect match, but fresh pasta with a strong sauce and aged cheese are also an ideal combination.
