Wine of excellent structure, complex, elegant, velvety.  It has an intense ruby ​​red color, warm and spicy bouquet, and dried fruit aroma.  It is produced with Corvina Veronese, Rondinella, and Oseleta grapes, through the millenary technique of appassimento. Over time, Allegrini, which has perfected its production to maintain the integrity of the fruit, has established itself as one of the most authentic interpreters of its uniqueness. 

 Traditionally it is paired with game dishes, grilled meats, braised meats, and long-aged cheeses.  Thanks to the hints of the withering of the grapes, Amarone can also be proposed with original and fascinating dishes with sweet and sour flavors, so it goes perfectly with the creations of Asian and Middle Eastern cuisine.
