Its color is very dense, almost black. It is very profound, ripe fruity, and with complex subtlety to the nose. The basis is formed by dark fruit aromas paired with spices, leather, licorice, fine wood, and toasted notes. A touch of mineral and balsamic notes complete the olfactory picture. In the mouth, it presents itself as massive, powerfully structured, but still very smooth and elegant. The fully ripe and super-fine tannins are so well interwoven and ground to perfection that the palate can hardly resist. This great wine is an unbelievable discovery and also meets high standards. Temperamental and delicate at the same time, complex and profound. An extremely noble Ribera del Duero in a class of its own!
