Its color shows a deep garnet red with orange reflections. It has a beguiling bouquet, balsamic and mineral notes, nuances of herbs, and fully ripe red fruits. This treat is fresh and complex, strong and elegant at the same time. It continues, typical of the variety and full of character, with intense spicy notes combined with seductive nuances that are reminiscent of coffee and toffee, dense and with a pleasant fruity sweetness right up to the mineral finish. It is long, tangy, and full of finesse. This Cuvée got the best of both grape varieties. All in all, an aromatic fireworks display with a strong texture, perfectly balanced, and with impressive elegance. Simply great! 

An ideal accompaniment to terrines, mushroom and braised dishes, game, grilled foods and aged cheese.
